Description

Job Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 4000
Work Hours – 9 Hours


Job Role:
• Work with procurement manager to ensure materials are purchased on time.
• Identify potential vendors for the required materials.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Use the company ERP software system to generate and issue purchase orders and receive goods.
• Provide up-to-date information about status of requested materials to the relevant departments.

Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate or education related to logistics or relevant field.
• 3+ years of UAE work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
