Description

• Responsible to Maintain the print quality within specifications by continuous routine in-process inspections as outlined in the control plan and/or special instructions.

• Keep checking can specifications and can condition at each individual step in the process.

• Be sure to check timing and transfer actions at each individual machines.

• Ensure preparation for next job is done before previous job is completed.

• Line clearance to be completed after every change over as per procedure.

• Remove and clean the Printing plates thoroughly of earlier job.

• Return the print plate box with cleaned print plates, reference sample can, copy of ink recipe to Plate storage area.

• Inspect the plates of next job with respect to the approved artwork / colour reference / colure separation and special instructions as directed.

• Ensure the plates are free from damage.

• Communication between shifts is essential

• Assist with training of new employees in printing area

The position require quality, specifications, inprocess, control plan, checking, condition, process, check, timing, preparation, line, change, printing, plates, storage, area, artwork, separation, communication, training mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
