Description

Role Summary

  • We’re seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales and delivery of our international telecom services. You’ll play a critical role in designing solutions, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and serving as a technical point of contact for clients.
  • This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll work directly with sales teams, product managers, suppliers, and clients to turn business needs into actionable, real-world telecom solutions—across data and international services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design tailored international telecom solutions based on client requirements, covering services such as roaming, international data, interconnect, and managed services.
Gather technical and commercial inputs from internal teams and external suppliers to shape each solution.
Prepare solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical proposals, pricing packages, and service descriptions.
Act as a key technical interface between sales teams and customers during the pre-sales phase.
Lead technical workshops, presentations, and solution walkthroughs with potential clients.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and partners to ensure solution feasibility, pricing, and service-level expectations.
Support RFIs, RFPs, and proposal submissions, ensuring completeness and technical accuracy.
Stay up to date with industry standards, interoperability challenges, and evolving customer demands in international telecom services.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in telecom pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management
Strong knowledge of international telecom services such as MPLS, IEPL, Cloud Connect / Direct Connect, CDN, SDWAN, DIA, global data transport
Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, or service integrators
Strong analytical and communication skills—capable of translating business needs into technical solutions
Confident in client-facing roles, including presenting and negotiating technical solutions
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

The ideal candidate should have sales qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require presales, engineer, support, sales, international, telecom, solutions, internal, technical, product, business, data, design, client, requirements, roaming, interconnect, managed services, commercial, documentation, architecture, proposals, pricing, service, standards, engineering, performance, product management, client solutions, usability mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
