Description

Responsible to oversee the production of the manufacturing unit and required to improve plant operations keeping in mind safety, quality, cost, reliability & capacity

PRODUCTION PROCESS
 
•    Responsible for day to day production activities to meet requirement set by management.
•    Authorize daily production data
•    Authorize daily consumption data
•    Co-ordination with Sales & Dispatch for daily production requirement
•    Ensures 100% utilization of the plant
•    Maintains the plant & equipments effectively to minimize the downtime of (MASA & Kerbstone Plants).

QUALITY

•    Maintains quality of products to meet requirements of Dubai Municipality and ISO Standards
•    Inspects internal test reports
•    Controls rejection percentage and ensure it doesn’t exceed 2.5%
•    Ensures quality of raw materials on regular intervals

HEALTH & SAFETY

•    Responsible to ensure safe & secure working environment
•    Monitors employee for adherence to safety rules and regulations set by statutory authorities and management
•    Ensures availability of enough uniforms & PPEs to all plant employees

Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Experience:   5+ years experience in production and maintenance in MASA & Kerbstone concrete block plants.
Skills:  Good coordination skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good problem-solving and analytical skills, Time management: meets deadlines, identifies actions, and achieves goals.

Knowledge:  Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics & pneumatics.  Computer literate.
