Pilates Instructor – Hong Kong

Are you a passionate Pilates professional ready to inspire and empower others?

Options Pilates Studio, a leading international Pilates group with thriving studios in Singapore and Hong Kong, is expanding our team in Central, Hong Kong.

Recognized as one of the premier Pilates studios in Asia, we are committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. We are currently seeking dedicated and dynamic Pilates Instructors to help us continue this mission.

About the Role

As a Pilates Instructor at Options Pilates Studio Hong Kong, you will:

Lead high-quality private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions

Support clients with diverse physical needs and goals

Foster a positive, empowering, and inclusive environment

Contribute to the overall success and professionalism of our studio

Qualifications

Full-time availability (100+ hours/month) required, especially for those needing visa sponsorship

Part-time roles may be considered for those not requiring sponsorship

Minimum of 1,000 hours of teaching experience

Certified in Mat, Reformer, and CCB (Modern Pilates method)

Proficient in all Pilates equipment and functional tools (rollers, bands, straps, blocks, etc.)

Confident teaching in English; Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus

Strong ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism

Comfortable working with physically complex client needs

Holds a degree in any field (a degree in Physical Therapy is an advantage)

Familiarity with MindBody Online software is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and promote Pilates services to potential clients

Set individual goals with clients and monitor progress

Assess posture and suitability for specific classes or equipment

Lead engaging Pilates sessions (private & group)

Maintain accurate attendance records

Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly

Work collaboratively with management to solve studio needs

Share best practices with junior instructors and support team cohesion
