Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, open-minded, elegant appearance with a presentable personality PERSONAL ASSISTANT for our CEO to provide comprehensive executive support across two dynamic sectors: Trading and a pre-opening Media Broadcasting firm.

• We are looking to build a dedicated team of hard-working go-getters.
• Candidate must be able to drive and have her own car.
• UAE-based, with a valid residence visa or sponsorship eligibility.
• with experience and in-depth knowledge of Information Technology, customer service and administration.
• The candidate should have expertise in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word, and excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Draft correspondence and prepare meeting materials in English.
• Assist with business development, event coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Liaise with government entities, clients, and partners across the UAE and globally.
• Support the CEO with time-sensitive projects and occasional personal tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Attend Business lunch/dinner, parties, etc.

Responsibilities / Duties:
• He/She will work directly with the CEO, handling various responsibilities and coordinating the running of the entire office, admin and systems.
• Attending to important phone calls, e-mails and other communication/correspondence.
• Printing, copying and Filing of various documents.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings, greeting visitors and clients.
• Making travel and hospitality arrangements.
• Ready to travel CEO abroad (out of the UAE) whenever required.
• Welcomes clients and visitors.
• Various office admin responsibilities.
• Banking and coordination of utilities and vendors.
• Making sure the office runs smoothly!
Qualifications and Requirements:
• University degree (graduate)
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience in an office with similar job responsibilities.
• Fluency in English – spoken and written – is a must (Arabic will be an advantage)
• Proficient with computers - Microsoft Office and other programmes.
• Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, work under pressure and get the job done.
• Motivated, organised, neat and systematic.
• Cheerful and calm team worker.
• Must have her own car and a valid UAE driving license
• Job based in Albasrsha Heights.
