Description

Grill man:

• We are looking for experienced person who knows how to work with charcoal grill and cooking and marinating on charcoal grill

• Responsible for slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables
• cooking and marinating on charcoal grill
• Braising and grilling meat and vegetables
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
• Preventing cross-contamination
• Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences

• Male, 40 years and below
• At least 1 year of experience in the sale role
• Must have experience in steak house restaurants
