Description

Operates including shutting-down / starting-up the processing plant assigned to an Offshore Plant for collection, separation and treatment of Oil and Gas.

 Operation of Water Treatment plant and water injection.

 Mixes chemicals, prepares the plant for routine / planned maintenance and carries out first line maintenance. (Work covers all oil and gas cluster operations area on USSC including GTP, NGTP, GG-II, ABK, CGW, CSP, CSP-1, IGD-HAP, TA, TAE, Flare System).

 The plant includes: Oil & Water Risers Platforms, Separation facilities with total 3 Oil/Gas/Water Separators at CSP-1, Water disposal system operation, 36” MOL platform. 5 Oil/Gas Separators at CSP.

 4 Wet Gas Dehydration Plants with associated equipment such as: TEG Dehydrators, Scrubbers, WGHU, Pumps, Risers, Pig Launchers and Receivers etc.

 Water Injection Facilities with 7 modules and associated equipment such as: Winning pump, vacuum De-aeration tower, vacuum pumps, booster pumps, injection pumps and drainage system etc.

 Practices, classifies equipment form hazard point of view.

 Prepares machinery and equipment for maintenance in accordance with established procedures, company safety regulations and maintains adequate standard of housekeeping throughout the plants

Performs other related duties such as collecting oil, water and gas samples carrying-out first line routine service e.g. greasing, lubricating, adjusting glands, tightening loose connection, changing filter, etc. producing weekly chemicals stock/consumption reports, and preparing isolation confirmation certificates- ICC … etc.

 Assume the duties of CSP-1, WIP, CSP, GTP, NGTP, IGD-HAP, TA operators as assigned.

 Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.

 Participate in Emergency Response duties as an Initial Response Incident Commander (IRIC) in the temporary absence of site supervisor.
