Job Summary:

• Operational Efficiency: Coordinate daily operations to ensure optimal production levels and efficiency.
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring that all activities are conducted within regulatory parameters.
• Incident Response: Serve as the primary contact during operational incidents, coordinating the response and ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to address operational needs and challenges.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to optimize operational performance and reduce operational risks.
• Training: Oversee and participate in training programs to ensure that staff are well-equipped to handle operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in oil and gas operations.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Health and Safety or Environmental Management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in both office and field environments.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies and work irregular hours if needed.
