A Reputed company is looking to hire Operation Control Center (OCC) Agent
Job Location - RTA Stations (Dubai)
Salary - AED 4000 - 5000
The job holder will be required to provide office services by implementing administrative systems and monitoring relevant operational functions for smooth running of the operations. He/she will also be required to follow health, safety, security and quality procedures of RTA Maritime in his work procedure.
Key Result Accountabilities:
•Supervise vessel movement in compliance with the agreed operational schedule.
•Provide accurate marine movement report and water taxi sales report on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
•Liaise with Port Captain with regards to vessel allocation on special trips as well as to ensure proper manning of the vessel.
•Ensure all booking reservations are logged in the system and adequate manning is provided for the vessels.
•Respond and co- ordinate issues or downtime to Engineer / Assistant Port Captain / Operations Manager.
•Prepare and collect daily sales from water taxi skippers as per the daily movement report.
Requirements:
•Min. 3 years experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment / service industry.
•English and Arabic proficiency written / spoken is required.
