- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars for executives and team members.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and confidential information is appropriately protected.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing necessary assistance.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor office supplies inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock availability, while maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, and other written communications, maintaining consistent and professional language.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between departments and relay messages promptly, ensuring effective interdepartmental collaboration.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistical details such as room reservations and audiovisual equipment setup.
- Travel Arrangements: Help organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Basic Finance Tasks: Assist with basic finance tasks such as expense tracking, reconciling receipts, and maintaining petty cash.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, workshops, and seminars by coordinating logistics, sending invitations, and managing RSVPs.

The position require data entry, reporting, front desk, assistance, environment, correspondence, hiring, office, support, administrative support, scheduling, team, document management, physical, digital, documents, entry, spreadsheets, data integrity, desk, operations, directing, personnel, providing, inventory, monitor, stock, availability, draft mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
