Description
The responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and general security
• Deliver checks and monthly payments of utilities.
• Deliver letters and shipping documents to shipping agencies.
• Walk, ride bike or use public conveyances in order to reach destinations to deliver documents.
• Serving refreshments (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to management and visitors.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office including cleaning of pantry and washroom.
Basic office task like photocopying.
Conversant in English is required.
He must be well versed with main land marks and major banks locations and shipping agencies in Dubai.
Perform other task as required by the management.
Prior experience is required.
Proper grooming and hygiene is a must.
