Description

Office Assistant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Qualifications

 Minimum Qualification of Secondary Education or Higher.

 Equipped with Basic Computer Skills Courses or equivalent.

 Knowledge of Computer Applications.

 Basic Knowledge of English with reading ability. Duties and Responsibilities:

 Administer process of receiving, opening, date stamping, referencing, sorting, sending, copying and distributing all internal and external official mail for the Directorate I Department I Section.

 Organize documents to be delivered by Office Boys.

 File photocopy of each item of correspondence.

 Receive, date stamp, photocopy, file and distribute all faxes of the Directorate I Department I Section

 Send all outgoing faxes on behalf of Directorate I Department I Section.

 The office boy shall capable to handle office systems, including filing system, photocopier, fax, binding machines, paper lamination etc.
