Job Location- Dubai & Abu dhabi

Number of Positions- 2
Benefits- Accommodation,One time meal,Transportation.
Eligibilty- 03 years work exp in UAE in good brand hotels.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Daily Procedure
1. Verification of Cash & Manage Float.
2. Verifying the pending bills & A/R.
3. Monitor the closing procedures are followed.
4. Make sure that KOT system is strictly followed in the outlet and no order by hand.
5. Count / Weigh the cooked / semi cooked items stock during the closing session.
6. Check the Production and balance of salads, sauces etc.
7. Verify the write off sheet with the actual write off inside the bin.
8. Verify Production Expiry of production items & raw materials.
9. Verify the Production carried out as per the planner.
10. Monitor the fry chart.
11. Yield testing.
12. Checking the grammage of production items.
13. Monitoring the temperature control sheet.
14. Manual Invoice & KOT verification.
15. Checking whether all documents are posted in the system.
16. Take the Physical Stock of Inventory.
17. Calculate the variance of all countable items.
18. Calculate the variance of 2 items which is not taken on the regular variance.
19. Preparing the variance report.
20. Explain the shortage and variance with the outlet manager.
21. Report the discrepancies on the same day itself.
22. Report the overall cleanliness and hygiene about the outlet.

The ideal candidate should have must have relevant experience in uae qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require dubai, benefits, time, brand, verification, cash, monitor, closing, procedures, make, system, outlet, order, stock, check, production, balance, sheet, materials, planner, testing, checking, monitoring, manual, documents, physical, outlet manager mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
