Description
•To manage effectively receipts, storing, issuance and shipping of materials to the end user when required. To plan the vessel’s route and schedule to meet end users requirements.
- o Receive, inspect, store and ship material as per the material’s technical specifications, quantity and physical condition.
- o Issue materials to end users on deferent sites and ensure proper packing and safe handling of materials.
- o Update MAXIMO with data.
- o Ensures and maintain material physical inventory while receiving/issuing materials.
- o Ensure safe area of operation and keep good housekeeping
- o Ensure full implementation of HSEMS, operation procedures and adhere to the Company safety standard and code of practice
- o Maintain all storage and working areas in a safe, and ensure good housekeeping.
- o Ensure safe handling of waste & scrap materials as well as Chemicals as per the relevant MSDS.
Job Specification
RAWAFED RECRUITMENT LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Material Coordinator in the field of Product Management in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have high school / ati or equivalent technical diploma qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require shipping, materials, end user, schedule, requirements, technical specifications, quantity, physical, condition, issue, safe, handling, maximo, data, inventory, area, housekeeping, implementation, procedures, company, safety, storage, waste, scrap, msds mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
