Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, expand our customer base, and promote our online pharmacy delivery app in Abu Dhabi. This is a temporary position, the candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on successful performance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement both outdoor and social media marketing strategies to promote the online pharmacy delivery app. - Create engaging digital content (including graphics, videos, and written materials) for social media platforms to attract potential customers. - Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including events and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility. - Research and monitor market trends, as well as competitors' activities, to identify new marketing opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. - Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance metrics. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, influencers, and relevant organizations. - Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in outdoor and social media marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content for social media platforms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic being an added benefit. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. - Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. - Must have a valid visa allowing authorized work in the UAE (own visa preferred).

Duration: This position is temporary but with a possibility of converting to a permanent position will be considered based on the candidate's performance and the business needs.
