Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai!

• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and track shipments
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipping activities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Resolve issues and address discrepancies related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management

• Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• UAE residency or a valid work permit required
