Job Purpose:

The Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and storing ingredients.

Ensure kitchen and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools as required.

Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Support kitchen team members and cooks during busy service periods.

Receive and store deliveries properly.

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required in QSR restaurant for Burger, Juice, and other fast food.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in QSR restaurant.

Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and moving for long hours.
