Sohail Smart Solutions is a training and consultancy company that provides solutions through technology and AI. We seek an experienced IT Trainer and Support Executive to provide IT training services to clients, manage internal IT operations, and oversee website maintenance and development.

Role Summary:

The IT Trainer & IT Support Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals interested in enhancing their IT skills. This role also includes managing servers, providing technical support, and ensuring website maintenance. Ideal candidates will have both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills for engaging learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver IT training programs, workshops, and seminars for individuals, covering topics such as cybersecurity, software applications, networking, and more.

• Create and update training materials to meet evolving industry standards and student needs.

• Manage internal servers, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot IT issues to ensure efficient operations.

• Oversee the website’s functionality, performing updates, backups, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Provide IT support for staff, addressing technical questions and solving technical problems promptly.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and processes, and develop user guides for internal use.

• Implement best practices in IT management, security, and technology usage.

• Stay updated on the latest IT developments and integrate relevant advancements into training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT training, with expertise in running workshops, seminars, and individual training programs.

• Strong knowledge of IT support, server management, and website maintenance.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT infrastructure management.

• Ability to multi-task and effectively balance training and IT support responsibilities.
