Requirement

• The ideal candidate must hold a University degree in Science

• Must have minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Inventory analysis, and/or materials management

• Must have excellent written and verbal command in English

• Nationality: Indian/Filipino

Job Description

• Responsible for the complete inventory management with an accurate demand forecasting and the replenishment process to ensure optimum level of cycle stock inventories.

• Prepare Inventory analysis reports on a bi-monthly basis, reporting inventory according to their movement

• Prepare reports related to the old stock and nonmoving stock, advising measures to rationalize this inventory.

• Analyze performances of each retail store and the buying trends through qualitative and quantitative analysis

• Analyze sales and stock levels to ensure that reorder recommendations made reflect the correct sales trend

• Formulate action plans on the above analytical reports with the Inventory Controller and ensuring inventory levels are stored at optimal levels

• Verify and rectify if necessary, stock codes recorded in the system and keep Inventory List updated

• Forecast inventory requirements using sales/procurement information and supplier specifications and customer order requirements

• Ensure stock ordering is done on the Economic Ordering Quantity mechanism, and that the stock order is optimal

• Ensure purchase order entry in the software is accurate and is as per forecast requirements

• Track and monitor inventory levels at warehouse and remote locations

• Provide analysis and reports (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs targets) to the Management with structured and accurate information to support decision making and inform them on market situation
