Description

We are looking for experienced Architects / Interior designer with Project management experience

Location: UAE - Dubai

Requirements:

• Has a minimum relevant experience in Architecture / Interior decoration of about 5-10 years.

• Has solid proven Project Management experience.

• Has sales background and can generate leads

• Ability to handle multiple tasks or one account with diligence and commitment.

• Must possess strong time management and people management skills, as well as the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines.

• Demonstrates experience in all stages of the design process from conception to completion.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken), other languages will be added value

• Taking projects from concept through to completion

• On-site project delivery Appraisals and brief

• Provide a full and detailed appraisal of the project requirements based on RFP & Client brief.

• Develop design brief (Reverse Brief), including proposed deliverables, for comment and approval prior to commencing Concept Design. Concept Design

• Provide a full project program for delivery of each project, including time-scales, resourcing and deliverables.

• Provide full materials, FF&E & technical specifications

The ideal candidate should have • female • autocad, sketchup, adobe photoshop & indesign • 3d visualization • architecture or interior design • must have uae valid driving license qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require interior designer, project management, architecture, interior decoration, sales, diligence, time management, communication skills, concept design mandatory skills. This is a Temporary/Contract morning shift job.
