Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Build a design team from scratch (0 to 1) based on brand-customized strategies.

- Lead and manage the design team to ensure that design works align with the brand's image and goals.

- Guide the work of creative professionals such as designers and copywriters, inspiring the team’s creativity to produce compelling ideas.

- Focus: The director’s emphasis is on the quality, originality, and alignment of spatial content with brand strategy.

- Creative Leadership: Must possess the ability to inspire team creativity and propose innovative ideas.

- Team Collaboration: Able to effectively collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in interior design, architectural design, or a related field.

- Several years of experience in interior design, with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in leading a design team or project management for over three years.

- Strong knowledge of design theory and aesthetic sensibility.

- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- In-depth understanding of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
