Description

Instructional Designer responsibilities include:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

• Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them

• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)

• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

• Maintain project documentation and course folders

WeConnectt is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Instructional Designer in the field of Writing/Editing in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelors in it qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require instructional designer, technical writing, indesign, graphic mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
