Description

• at least 3 years UAE Experience in Construction
• Prepares and implements the project's safety plan
• is responsible for ensuring safety and executing work in compliance with the company's safety procedure, government safety and regulations, standards, and procedures as well as clients' safety requirements.
• holder of NEBOSH Certificates among others
• proactive in completing HSE requirements at site
• Ensured personnel compliance with international laws and standards in order to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Performed Monthly and Quarterly HSE audits and Inspection at various project locations and ensures follow-up action until close-out
• With strong Human Resources and Administration involvement, responsible for HSE compliance, coordination and risk management issues.
• Excellent Organizational, Decision Making, Multi-tasking and Problem solving skills
• Recommend ways to reduce costs
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors & staff in closing out issues
• Work with teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients
