Description
Taking care of end to end human resource process for overseas & local candidates.
Highly skilled scrutinizing, evaluating candidates for various categories via conducting telephonic and face to face interviews.
Ensure that all open positions which assigned are closed as per the decided timeline.
Maintain & coordinate in a standard format of communication.
Responsible for the meeting and developing business with old & new clients.
Must have experience in sales strategy & meet agreed targets.
Must have experience in creating job description, advertising position, preparing interview material, and scheduling interview.

Greenland Human Resource Consultancy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR Recruiter cum Sales in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Umm al-Quwain - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelot's degree qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require sales target, communication, sales strategy, advertising, scheduling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 0 to 0 (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
