We are looking for HR OFFICER
With 2-3 years of experience in HR
Can join immediately

With below job description:

• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Knowledge of yearly employee appraisal
• Knowledge of handling petty cash
• Knowledge of HR Software
• Keeping track of employee’s off time either due to vacation or sick leave
• Develop training and development programs
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Performance Management and improvement system
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Perform Orientations and update records of new staff
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR Trends and best practice.

AL SWEIDI & SHAMS CONTRACTING COMPANY is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR OFFICER in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require policies, procedures, standards, hiring, benefits, complaints, processing, personnel, forms, overseeing, process, appraisal, handling petty cash, software, time, leave, training, development, legal, requirements, performance management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
