Hiring: Join our team as an *HR Officer* and play a pivotal role in managing our human resources functions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Process payroll, leave salaries, and overtime calculations.

* Handle employee hiring, documentation, and insurance matters.

* Manage staff accommodations and maintain personnel records.

* Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.

* Oversee performance management and appraisals.

* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software.

* Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices.
