A leading Food Industry id looking to hire HR Generalist/Payroll

Job Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 8000 - 12000


Job Role

To oversee all functions of Human Resources Operations and provide support to our employees with specific focus creating a highly engaged culture in continuous pursuit of HR functional excellence.
Responsibilities
1) Manage the full scope of human resources operations activities, including but not limited to hiring & on-boarding, Off- boarding, compensation and benefits administration, project management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, health and safety.
2) Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
3) Execution of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, on-boarding, leave administration, employee compensation, and benefit programs etc.)
4) Manage the off-boarding processes: process all exits including generating an End of Service, all required paperwork and processing separation
5) Responsible for accurate and timely processing of the payroll in SAP and all payroll-related administrative duties.
6) Communicate with all Business Units and update Head of HR in order to maintain up-to date and in-depth knowledge of future operational plans and developments.
7) Ensure fair treatment and implementation of the company’s human resource policies for all staff
8) Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and interfaces with departments and management.
9) Manage and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
10) Monitor and coordinate with PRO for expiration and renewal and holds original copies of company’s contracts, such as rent contract, confidentiality agreements, joint venture agreements, company licenses, employment visas, labor office and immigration issues etc.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
CIPD, PHR, CHRM certification preferred
Minimum of 7 to 8 years of HR working experience
1-4 years’ experience in payroll processing
Technical Competencies:
3-4 years of working knowledge in HRIS system, SAP experience in HR functions with SAP (Success Factors) and People Doc .
Principles and procedures of compensation and benefits, & arithmetic application
Problem solving, logical reasoning, numerical ability
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong team orientation with excellent articulation in the English language to be able to deal with difficult individuals and positively influence them
Excellent presentation skills
Leading and Managing People
