Description

Dear Applicant,

Our home healthcare facility is urgently in need of Homecare Caregivers with releveant clinical or healthcare background. We prefer BSN graduates but not a must. Minimum credential requirement is at least a 2 year healthcare course (6 months NCII Certificate in Caregiving alone is not accepted; but can be considered if with homecare experience for a minimum period of 12 months). Nurses who doesn't have a PRC license or are still planning to take the PRC or DOH exam are welcome to apply. NOTE: FEMALE APPLICANTS PRIORITIZED DUE TO SENSITIVE CULTURE IN THE MIDDLE EAST. 

Interested applicants will join our esteemed Health Care team whose patients are located in Abu Dhabi or Dubai to start immediately or upon availability.

Job roles and responsibilities include caregiving services, disease management at home, health education, medication administration, patient’s appointments management, basic and skilled nursing procedure services and assistance of patients’ daily living activities.
Offer will be based upon the level of your experience and expertise plus we have Flexible Offer Options:
3000 - 3500 AED (216hrs) + OT
4000 AED - (264-288hrs) + OT
☆Salary appraisal given for excellent performance (client commendation/satisfaction etc)
☆Salary increments given for tenure employees
☆ Excess hours rendered beyond offer of choice will be paid as OT
☆Door-to-door transportation
☆30 days paid Annual leave

The ideal candidate should have bsn diploma or practical nursing certificate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require level, healthcare, clinical, license, planning, culture, middle east, health, care, team, dubai, availability, management, education, administration, basic, nursing, assistance, activities, performance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
