Description

Terms of Reference for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Supervisor following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on construction sites.
2. Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
3. Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards for MEP installations.
4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project progress.
5. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.
6. Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP installations.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
8. Prepare progress reports, schedules, and documentation as required.
9. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
10. Resolve technical issues and conflicts that may arise during the project.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
2. Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and building codes.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
7. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Experience with MEP software and tools is preferred.
9. Professional certifications related to MEP installations are a plus.
10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
