Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of a second language, such as Spanish or Mandarin, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage.
