Description

Responsibilities:

• Register guests and assigns rooms.
• Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper, policies and procedures. 
• Understands room status, tracking, locations, available rooms types, and rates.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preparing room keys, files registration, room charges and guest out .
• Front office equipment knowledge. Proper telephone etiquette.
• Awareness of daily activities and meetings.
• Coordinates maintenance work with the engineering and maintenance department.
• Reports any unusual occurrences.
• Clean and neat. Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Other related duties / special projects that may be assigned.
