Description

We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Graphic Designer/Photographer

• *Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet the needs of the client

- Create and design a wide range of materials for real estate listings, including property flyers, postcards, and sales presentations

- Use your strong skills in typography, layout, and color to produce visually appealing designs

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques in the real estate industry

- Take photographs of interiors and exteriors of properties using professional photography equipment

- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure high quality and visual appeal

- Work with real estate agents to schedule photo shoots and ensure all necessary details are captured

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on the real estate industry

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Must have own visa
