Description

Responsibilities

 Analyse CAD Drawing, Layout and other documents related to an enquiry.
 Preparing Quotation, Product presentation, Specification sheets and basic space planning on CAD.
 Upon being assigned by Sales Team on a Tender/Enquiry and after receiving a copy of the Tender/Enquiry Documents the Estimator will Study all Tender/enquiry documents including all revisions, circulars, addendums etc.
 Preparation of BOQ as per tender documents / layout from client.
 Upon receiving quotations from Suppliers / Subcontractors, make a comparative analysis between these offers, ensuring that all relevant items of work are considered, state any deviation from specifications.
 Gain knowledge and understanding of all the products from our manufacturing partners and their valuable propositions.
 Maintaining and updating of cost / documents (which includes contact details, product catalogue, product finishes, price lists etc.) data base of suppliers.
 Attend technical meetings along with sales team to gather project information.
 Coordinate with the client on all questions or clarifications during the bidding process.
 Work as part of team to deliver great and profitable projects.
 Other estimating duties as required.

Job Specification

Andriya D Almeida (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Furniture Estimator / Coordinator in the field of Design in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require 1-3 years of estimation experience required, auto cad certificate, 3d visualisation, quatation, product presentation, boq mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
