Executive Secretary to CEO
Job Location - Abudhabi
Nationality - Indians
Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attending meetings and keep minutes
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Preferred candidates who can join immediately.

The ideal candidate should have any graduation degree qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require planning, conferences, incoming, correspondence, travel, interpersonal skill, computer knowledge, well-organized mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
