POSITION: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO GM
Location: Abu Dhabi
Deg. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Master
Experience: with at least 5 – 8 years – Construction Field Experience only
Availability: Immediate
Salary: depending on experience and qualifications
Key Skills: Excellent English (Verbal & Written), Excellent Communicator, Coordinator, & negotiator, Highly Reliable
Software Skills: MS Office – High Proficiency, Photoshop,Primavera, EDMS
• Quick professional with excellent organizational and time-management skills with multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
• In depth knowledge of Office Management, as well as technical vocabulary in MEP Construction industry
• Smart Worker, Sharp and can make quick decisions or resolve situations.
• diligence and competence to cater & focus on higher Management’s requirements (Proof reading, attention to details, etc.)
• Highly proficient in drafting correspondences, accommodate dictations, absence of drats, easily understand project team’s requirements
• Ability to express, explain and cascade relevant, timely & accurate information to the Management.
• Strong coordination with Site Team, Suppliers, Clients & Contractors, Consultants
