Description

Premier Marine Engineering Services is sourcing for Estimator/ Invoicer to work at their HO in Dubai Maritime City.

The candidate should be a qualified engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing all estimation/invoicing aspects of the Company’s ship repair business.

The incumbent will be responsible for the cost estimation, invoicing and claims for the organization. Job responsibilities will include and not limited to preparing and finalizing the estimation, to ensure accurate and efficient preparation of techno-commercial offers to customers, liaise with customers for clarification on customer requirements, support the sales and marketing function in negotiations with customers, supplement techno-commercial offer for large projects, handing over the complete inquiry file to Production Department, oversee all variations/alterations to main scope of work, Invoicing and follow-up for payment, managing all claims and disputes with customers. The preferred candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office and data entry experience and skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary will be discussed during the interview.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 8k to 15k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
