Full job description

1) Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities

2) Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)

3) Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)

4) Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.

5) Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.

6) Forwarding contractual correspondences to the Main Contractor / Project Manager and Sub-contracts related to the contractual issues.

7) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration.

8) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.

9) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price

10) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.

11) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.

12) Quantity take-off

Requirements

1. Knowledge and experience in working of Electromechanical Services.

2. Proven Track Record on completing projects.

3. Minimum 3-5 years in UAE in Electromechanical companies.

4. Employment Contract duration shall be for minimum 2 years (renewable)
