Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from product listings to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.

Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
