- 6-8 years of customer service experience in a contact center.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer services environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of customer services delivery
- Excellent knowledge of customer behavior patterns
- Excellent knowledge of customer service life cycle
