Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate – Credit Products to join our sales team. The role involves promoting and selling a range of credit products, including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services to individual customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, networking, and referrals.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Product Promotion: Communicate credit card features, benefits, and terms to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends to identify sales opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions..
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
