Description

Creative Graphic designer

A dynamic startup advertising company is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join the team, who can unleash creativity with exciting projects in a dynamic agency environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through captivating designs that resonate with their target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various advertising and marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, branding materials, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Translate client briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and other graphic design software.
- Excellent illustration and layout skills, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate ideas.
- Strong typography skills, including the ability to select and manipulate fonts to enhance design aesthetics and readability.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of agency experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

Job Specification

Smitha Suresha Poojary (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Creative Graphic Designer in the field of Advertising in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree/ diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or related filed qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require proficiency in adobe creative suite, excellent illustration and layout skill, strong typography skills, ability to work collaboratively, prioritize task, meet deadlines, strong communication and presentation skill, creative graphic designer mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
