• Main responsibility of this role is to solve employee issue and guide the management on effective counselling and work life balance issue by applying psychology principles and methods.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational psychology or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Total Experience more than 10 years on the same role (Employee Relations or Counselling Management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector).
