Job Responsibilities

• Be passionate about customer service, and true to the company's slogan of "Delivering Love"

• Source new sales opportunities through market research, customer profiling and networking

• Meeting with clients to present the brand and its corporate gift range – both standard and customized products. Target clients would be companies with large employee or customer base and have existing corporate gift policy for their own staff, suppliers, or customers

• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; while proactively recommending information about other products and services.

• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding their concern; gathering and researching information; and finally providing the appropriate response

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder

• Minimum 2 Years of Sales/Customer Service Experience

• Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs

• Proven experience in executing a strategy to deliver performance against agreed lead generation KPIs

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Friendly and confident personality

• A smart appearance and is able to present oneself with confidence

• Pro-active and has an entrepreneurial way of working
