Description

• Clean food preparation areas as indicated by the Owner

• Prepare foods to the specifications of the owner

• Prepare food before the arrival of guests

• Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns

• Manage other persons in the kitchen

• Order ingredients and spices as needed

• Should know to operate various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer

• Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on owner preference

• Devise new recipes

• Estimate expected food consumption and organise preparation

• Keep records and accounts of food purchases

• Prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins

• Alters dishes based on consumer suggestions or requirements

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High School without ECR Stamping in Passport

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience; Star Hotel experience will be weighing more

• Pleasing personality with good in English and Hindi
