Key tasks

• Ensures that all Dubai Municipality and Health Authority guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to

• Attend to all emergencies, give first aid, and in the case of serious incidents accompany colleagues to hospital

• Ensure the absolute hygiene of the clinic and that its equipment and tools used for medical treatment are disinfected and sterilized

• Purchase the adequate quantity of medical supplies from officially recognized pharmacies for the clinic and maintain all First Aid Boxes so they are adequately stocked

• Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential

• To enroll new colleague in the insurance scheme and life insurance

• To ensure the renewal of medical insurance for all level

Essential

• Nursing Degree and Registered Nurse with DHA is mandatory and non-negotiable

• Minimum 2 years proven nursing experience in the hospitality sector

• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, Health & Safety aspects

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Critical-thinking skills
