Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing sale and lease deals (office premises).

Responsibilities

• Establishing direct relationships with landlords and sellers;

• Database: developing and maintaining actual vacant premises and premises available for sale;

• Providing support to digital marketing team for lead generation (selecting commercial buildings for promotion and establishing contacts with landlords);

• Brokerage and client work;

• Running a full cycle of sales and lease deals;

Qualifications

Experience in Dubai commercial (office) real estate market is mandatory;

Strong experience in sales negotiations;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to work with clients and deliver exceptional client service;

Strong organizational skills and self-motivation;

Strong skills in analysis and search of potential inventory for deals;

Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or any another foreign language is a plus;

Parus Real Estate LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Commercial Real Estate Broker in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in dubai commercial (office) real estate market qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require analytical skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, sales negotations mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
