Description

* Educate and inform clients about the company services

* To deliver exceptional service, anticipating client needs, and proactively suggesting improvements or alternative solutions
* Manage key client relationship through regular visiting, continues follow up by calling to maintain key clients
* Obtain client testimonials and keep a record for management
* Follow-up on existing clients r w.r.t. to offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule
* Review company practices to ensure that clients get maximum satisfaction from our services
* Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
* Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives
* Liaise with accounts on payments/outstanding
* Work closely with FM & PM department to ensure that company meets clients’ expectations
* Identify potential opportunities and inform the business development team to follow up
* Negotiate contract with clients working professionally with business development and other stakeholders to finalize contract for company
* Prepare periodic reports for landlord's and management

The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require inform, company, service, client, solutions, client relationship, calling, management, preparation, documentation, schedule, review, customer satisfaction, client satisfaction, complaints, monitor, activities, feedback, order, business, payments, business development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
