Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of civil construction on-site.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team including supervisors, foremen, and skilled labour.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QHSE standards, and construction timelines.

• Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, and engineering teams.

• Monitor progress, handle technical issues, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Telecom Civil works.

• Strong background in large or Mid-scale civil works execution

• UAE or GCC experience required, with preference for those familiar with Etisalat, DU, MCC and ADNOC project standards.

• Having UAE driving License

• Proven leadership of large teams in demanding site environments.
