Chief Financial Officer (Oman-manufacturing background)
Our client, one of the leading steel manufacturers in the world is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer, a seasoned CA (ICAI), the role would report to the COO and Plant Head and nwould be responsible for:
1. developing and implementing overall finance strategy
2. Act as advisor to COO assisting with financial plans +
economic modelling
3. Preparation of annual budget and long term strategy -
assessing company's performance against these.
4. Updating the board on issues/trends and changes in operating
models.
5. Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
6. Oversee accounting processes and reporting systems
7. Internal controls and cost management
8. Oversee business process reengineering
9. Streamlining procurement function
10. Cashflow management and forecasting
11. Oversee budgeting and budget implementation
12. Treasury Management
13. Team management

The ideal candidate should have chartered accountant(chartered accountant), any graduation. qualification and atleast 20 years of experience. The position require steel, plant, finance, strategy, preparation, performance, operating, diligence, mergers, accounting, reporting, internal, cost, management, business, process, procurement, forecasting, budgeting, implementation, treasury, team mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
